The Leisure and Community Committee is responsible for; recreation grounds, cemetery & gardens of rest, allotments, markets, public conveniences, Christmas lights, Cavalcade of Light, Town Show, Waltham Abbey in Bloom, Town Crier Magazine, Town Centre Partnership and the Neighbourhood Action Panel.
